Eastern Schley Pecan
Considered the standard in the industry. Easy to crack by hand. Superior flavor and slender appearance, both in and out of the shell. Count: 65-75 Yield: 55-60%

Stuart Pecan Blend
The Stuart Blend is the most prevalent variety in the state of Georgia. This variety is harvested in late October through December with the majority of shipments in the month of November. Count: 55-60 Yield: 44-48%

Desirable Pecan
The Desirable is larger in size than most varieties in Georgia. This pecan is preferably used in the United States specialty markets (fundraising & gift packing). The Desirable harvest begins in Mid-October and runs through December with the majority of shipments in the month of November. Count: 44-54 Yield: 51-53%

Pawnee Pecan
Count: 55 Yield: 60-66%

Cape Fear
The Cape Fear is harvested in November with minimal deliveries in December. Count: 51-57 Yield: 50-54%
Elliott Pecan
One of the most flavorful pecans and a favorite. Perfect for Roasting. Comes from a small, round shell, yielding a round pecan half. Count: 75-80 Yield: 51-53%
Sumner
The Sumner is harvested in November with minimal deliveries in December. Count: 50-56 Yield: 51-54%
